More from USASEF

The Candy Experiments booth at the USASEF was a big hit.  Even though they had signs up stated that the candy wasn't for eating, for those that dared to venture close to listen and watch, we were able to see some really neat science using candy.

As soon as I saw this booth, I immediately thought of an ongoing conversation I have been having with Kathy Weller a colleague that shares my interest in candy and science.

  • 3 Musketeers - what is your guess, sink?  or float?  Why?
  • Ever wonder what you should do with all of those leftover Candy Canes?
  • For the Chocolate lovers, do you know what bloom is?
  • Fun things to do with Easter Grass before your cat eats it.
  • Uses for Peeps...because who really wants to eat them?
  • What is really in the chewy candies like Starbursts?
